Demos are easy. Production AI has to be reliable, affordable and safe. These are patterns we run every day in our own products.

  • Multi-provider failover

    Callception’s voice pipeline falls back across speech and language providers automatically. If a voice can’t be produced, callers hear a recorded message — never silence.

  • Cost guardrails

    Hourly and daily caps, result caching, per-call cost tracking and spend kill-switches keep AI costs predictable in SkinwellAI and WeReadLabels alike.

  • Privacy by design

    SkinwellAI measures skin on our own servers. The language model only ever receives numeric scores — never the user’s photo.

  • Human in the loop

    MakeAndList generates complete products but publishes nothing on its own. Every listing lands as a draft the seller approves.

  • Grounded answers

    Callception answers only from what each business provides, with industry rules that stop it from inventing prices or giving medical or legal advice.

  • Evals before rollout

    Golden-set evaluations and shadow tests gate model changes in WeReadLabels, and models can be switched at runtime without an app release.
