Privacy notice
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This notice explains how Irontechsoft handles the personal data you share with us through irontechsoft.com, in line with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Irontechsoft is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@irontechsoft.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the project form or by email: your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of project, budget and timeline ranges (optional) and your message. To deliver the site and prevent abuse we also briefly process technical data such as your IP address.
Why we use it
To read and answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep the form free of spam. We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis
Taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the site secure (KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who processes it for us
Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers form messages by email, and Google Workspace hosts our mailbox. These providers may store data outside Türkiye, including in the EU and the US, and process it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and delete them within two years of our last contact unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies
The site sets a single cookie, “lang”, and only when you switch languages, so it can remember your choice. There is no analytics or advertising tracking.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or request a copy, as provided by KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR. Email support@irontechsoft.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to your local data protection authority.
